Ah, Ted Baker. Though my time with Ted was shorter than I anticipated (shoutout bankruptcy), in just a few months, I managed to craft a tone of voice that honored their British roots while better resonating with their North American audience.
At Ted, I wrote web editorials, product copy for womenswear & menswear, collection stories, emails, social media captions, hang tags, in-store signage, customer service responses, and a revamped brand story.
It was a busy few months but some of the most rewarding I've had as a copywriter.
